Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to the KYCProbe website, developer portal, APIs, reports and related verification services provided by AI7LAB Tech Innovation Limited.
1. Agreement and contracting entity
By accessing or using KYCProbe, you agree to these Terms. KYCProbe is a brand operated by AI7LAB Tech Innovation Limited, DIFC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“AI7Lab”, “we”, “us”). If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation. A signed order form or enterprise agreement prevails where it conflicts with these website Terms.
2. Service purpose
KYCProbe provides technical access to verification, screening, orchestration, monitoring and reporting capabilities. Results support due-diligence and compliance workflows; they do not replace a regulated institution’s policies, qualified legal advice, or an accountable human decision. Coverage depends on the selected service, available data, source accessibility, jurisdiction, language and the information submitted.
3. Accounts and credentials
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, restrict them to authorised personnel, and promptly notify us of suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity performed with your credentials. Credentials may not be embedded in public client-side code, shared outside your organisation, or used to circumvent usage controls.
4. Permitted use
You may use KYCProbe only for lawful, authorised verification and risk-management purposes. You must have a valid legal basis for personal data you submit and must comply with applicable privacy, employment, consumer, anti-discrimination, sanctions and financial-crime laws. You may not use the service to harass, unlawfully surveil, discriminate against, or make fully automated high-impact decisions about a person without appropriate safeguards and review.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not reverse engineer the service; bypass authentication, rate limits or security controls; introduce malicious code; interfere with availability; scrape the portal; resell access unless agreed in writing; misrepresent a report; remove provenance or limitations; or use results for an unlawful purpose. Security testing requires our prior written authorisation.
6. Verification data and third-party sources
Some results rely on public records, publishers, search indexes, specialist datasets or other third-party sources. A source’s inclusion does not imply endorsement. Data may be incomplete, delayed, inconsistent or unavailable. You must review identity-match confidence, source context, dates and limitations before acting. Potential matches are not confirmed findings unless the evidence supports that conclusion.
7. Reports and audit records
Reports record the inputs, checks, evidence and processing context available at the time shown. “Certified” or “auditable” describes a report issued by KYCProbe with a traceable transaction record; it does not mean that every underlying fact has been independently certified by a government authority or external auditor. Reports must be interpreted together with their limitations and any human-review requirement.
8. Customer content and data protection
You retain rights in information you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to process it, deliver the requested service, secure the platform, meet legal obligations and provide support. Your organisation is responsible for notices, consents, retention instructions and access rights applicable to its use. Enterprise data-processing and retention terms may be documented separately.
9. Intellectual property
KYCProbe, its software, interfaces, documentation, reports, designs and trademarks are owned by AI7Lab or its licensors. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service. Third-party names and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for identification or coverage context only.
10. Availability and changes
We may update services, sources, documentation, limits and interfaces. We aim to communicate material changes that affect contracted use, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless a separate service-level commitment applies. We may suspend access to protect the platform, comply with law, investigate misuse or address non-payment.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that every relevant record will be found or that every result is error-free. Neither party excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional warranties, liability limits, indemnities and service levels are governed by the applicable order form or enterprise agreement.
12. Governing terms and contact
